Best for riders aged 10+ stepping into petrol quads

    Updated 106.7cc four-stroke engine

    Fully automatic transmission with reverse

Hydraulic disc brakes and adjustable suspension

The updated Kayo A110 is a proper youth petrol quad — stable, capable and built to help developing riders progress.

    Why Choose the Kayo A110?

The Kayo A110 is an updated youth petrol quad designed for riders who are ready to progress beyond a smaller starter ATV.

Its 106.7cc four-stroke engine, fully automatic transmission, reverse gear, hydraulic disc brakes and adjustable suspension provide genuine off-road capability in a manageable youth-sized platform.

If you are comparing petrol and electric quads, read our Best Starter Quad Bikes for Kids Guide and our dedicated Kayo A110 Buying Guide.

    Updated 106.7cc Four-Stroke Engine

The updated A110 is powered by a 106.7cc, air-cooled four-stroke engine. It provides predictable power delivery for developing riders while remaining straightforward to operate.

    • Engine — 106.7cc four-stroke
    • Cooling — Air cooled
    • Valves — SOHC, two-valve
    • Maximum Power — 5.8kW at 7,500rpm
    • Maximum Torque — 7.8Nm at 5,500rpm
    • Starting System — Electric start

    Fully Automatic with Reverse

The fully automatic transmission allows the rider to concentrate on steering, braking and throttle control without needing to operate a manual clutch.

    • Transmission — Fully automatic
    • Gears — Reverse, neutral and forward
    • Clutch — Fully automatic
    • Final Drive — 2WD chain drive

Reverse gear makes the quad much easier to manoeuvre in tighter spaces and when riding off road.

    Adjustable Suspension

The Kayo A110 uses adjustable front and rear suspension to provide a controlled and stable ride across uneven terrain.

    • Front Suspension — 310mm adjustable
    • Rear Suspension — 300mm adjustable
    • Ground Clearance — 110mm

Its larger chassis and 980mm wheelbase create a planted riding position for growing youth riders.

    Hydraulic Disc Brakes

Hydraulic disc brakes are fitted at both the front and rear, providing dependable and progressive stopping performance.

    • Front Brake — Hydraulic disc brake
    • Rear Brake — Hydraulic disc brake
    • Parking Brake — Front

    Safety Features Built In

The A110 includes important safety equipment for supervised youth riding.

    • Safety Lanyard — Fitted
    • Lighting — Headlight and taillight
    • Parking Brake — Front parking brake
    • Transmission — Simple automatic operation

Young riders should always be supervised and wear suitable protective equipment.

    Larger Youth ATV Platform

The updated A110 is larger than the previous AT110 specification, giving growing riders a more spacious and stable platform.

    • Overall Dimensions — 1430 × 890 × 910mm
    • Wheelbase — 980mm
    • Seat Height — 670mm
    • Dry Weight — 110kg
    • Ground Clearance — 110mm

Front and rear 16 × 8-7 tyres provide a broad footprint for off-road stability.

Who Is the Kayo A110 For?

The Kayo A110 is best suited to riders aged approximately 10+ who are ready for a larger and more capable petrol quad.

It is a natural progression from a smaller 70cc starter quad.

The recommended petrol progression route is:

    Kayo FOX 70 AY70-2 → Kayo A110

Compared with the Kayo FOX 70 AY70-2, the A110 provides more power, a larger chassis, reverse gear, adjustable suspension and hydraulic disc brakes.

For riders who would prefer electric power, consider the Kayo E-Bull 1000W or view our complete Kids’ Electric Quad Guide.

Not suitable for use on public roads. Rider suitability should be based on height, experience and ability as well as age. Adult supervision and appropriate protective equipment are essential.

How Does the Kayo A110 Compare?

For a complete overview of beginner and progression quads, read our Best Starter Quad Bikes for Kids Guide.

Revvi full-face helmet sizes

How to measure

Measure around the widest part of the rider's head. The tape should pass above the eyebrows and ears and around the fullest part at the back of the head.

SizeHead circumference
XS, Extra Small48 to 50cm
S, Small51 to 54cm
M, Medium55 to 58cm
L, Large59 to 61cm

Always choose by the rider's actual head measurement, not by age. Head shape can also affect how a helmet fits.

Between sizes? Do not automatically choose a larger helmet for growing room. A helmet must fit securely now. If the rider falls between sizes, check the fit carefully before use.

Amped AMP-1 helmet sizes

How to measure

Measure around the widest part of the rider's head. The tape should pass above the eyebrows and ears and around the fullest part at the back of the head.

SizeHead circumference
M, Medium54 to 58cm
L, Large58 to 62cm

Always choose by the rider's actual head measurement, not by age. Head shape can also affect how a helmet fits.

Measuring exactly 58cm? That falls in both sizes. Fit varies with head shape, so check the measurement and that the helmet sits securely before use. Do not choose a loose helmet to allow growing room.

Revvi riding jersey sizes

Choosing a size

The Revvi Kids Riding Jersey comes in dedicated sizes for younger children and growing youth riders. Select the size before adding it to your basket.

SizeAge guide
Age 2About 2 years
Age 3About 3 years
Age 4About 4 years
Age 5About 5 years
YS, Youth SmallAges 6 to 7
YM, Youth MediumAges 8 to 9
YL, Youth LargeAges 10 to 11

Ages are a guide only. Consider the child's height, build and preferred fit too.

Between sizes? If the rider is between sizes, still growing or likely to wear a base layer underneath, the larger size may be more comfortable.

Kids riding jersey sizes

How to measure

Compare these with a jersey or long-sleeve top that already fits the rider well. Chest width is measured across the front with the jersey laid flat, so it is half the full chest.

SizeAge guideHalf chestLength
2 to 3Ages 2 to 331cm49cm
3 to 4Ages 3 to 433cm51cm
4 to 5Ages 4 to 535cm53cm
5 to 6Ages 5 to 637cm55cm
6 to 7Ages 6 to 739cm57cm
YS, Youth SmallAges 7 to 941cm59cm
YM, Youth MediumAges 9 to 1145cm63cm
YL, Youth LargeAges 11 to 1449cm67cm

Ages are a guide only. The chest width and body length are the best way to choose.

Riding glove sizes

How to measure

Palm: straight across the widest part of the palm, not including the thumb.
Length: from the base of the wrist to the tip of the longest finger.

SizeAge guidePalm widthHand length
2 to 3Ages 2 to 36.5cm11.5cm
4 to 5Ages 4 to 57cm12cm
6 to 7Ages 6 to 77.5cm12.5cm
YS, Youth SmallYouth Small8cm13.5cm
YM, Youth MediumYouth Medium8.5cm14cm

Use the measurements rather than age alone. Hand shapes vary, so check both wherever possible. Once fitted, make sure the rider can comfortably use the throttle, brakes and every handlebar control.

Between sizes? The larger size usually gives a more comfortable fit and a little growing room, but the glove must not get in the way of safe control of the bike.
